Penobscot Bay Ringers

If you are interested in becoming a member of Penobscot Bay Ringers, please email penobscotbayringers@gmail.com.  Membership is by audition.  If you have a love of ringing, we'd love to hear you.  We are always looking for substitutes or permanent ringers.  Interested ringers must be able to read music. 

Did you know??

There are many different techniques in handbells, including using mallets, thumb dampening, martellato (ringing the bell against the pad on the table), tower swings and many more.  The varying techniques can make handbell concerts quite lively!
