Hiring us

We do play for a few select performances throughout the year free-of-charge.  Please visit the performances page if you'd like to see our schedule.  However, if you'd like to hire us for your special event, please keep reading -- we've provided some details about what goes into each and every performance!

WHAT's INCLUDED

--Site visit
--Phone and/or email conversations regarding the event
--Purchase of music for your event
--Handbell insurance for your event
--Paying licensing fees for music performed
--Load-up gear
--Driving to event
--Set-up
--Dress rehearsal
--Performance (14 people performing for 30-45 minutes)
--Handbell demonstration for interested guests (15 minutes)
--Take-down
--Return gear
--Unload gear
 

Site requirements

We need space for 36' of table, preferably in a "U" formation and space for our conductor to stand back a bit as she conducts us from the middle of that "U".  Also, during our site visit we will assess our needs for electrical outlets, and anything else to help us make your event successful.

OUR PERFORMANCE FEE

We charge $500 to perform at your special event during the 2010 performance season.  Please email with any questions!
